Dear Guest of New Zealand Fashion Week 2011,

This is to confirm that your name has been added to the Guest Pass list of New Zealand Fashion Week 2011.

Please read the following to make your visit to the Fashion Week venue easier:

IF YOU HAVE INVITED OTHER GUESTS UNDER YOUR OWN EMAIL ADDRESS PLEASE PASS THIS INFORMATION ONTO THEM TO SAVE ANY EMBARRASSMENT ON ARRIVAL.

A DAY GUEST PASS IS NOT A TICKET TO A DESIGNER SHOW - it is a New Zealand Fashion Week general area access Day Guest Pass only (main entrance, exhibits, bars, lounging areas, restaurants). You must retain your pass for the duration of your visit on each day.

DESIGNER SHOWS ARE SCREENED on the many Large Screens around the venue which means you can wander around with friends and rub shoulders with celebs and personalities alike or sit down with a drink or meal and watch shows all day if you prefer!

OCCASIONALLY a call will come over the PA system to “anyone wishing to see the next show please make your way to the Showroom now” - this does mean “anyone” but it would be “first in, first served” – ie once Showroom is full then doors would close.

HOURS OF ENTRY ACCESS: 11am to 10pm Tuesday 30th August to Thursday 1st September AND 10am to 5pm Friday 2nd September

ADDRESS: Viaduct Events Centre, 161 Halsey Street, Auckland – please come to main Registration Desk to confirm your registration and collect your Day Guest Pass.

COLLECTING YOUR DAY GUEST PASS: When you arrive at the Registration Desk please advise the attendant that you are on the DAY GUEST LIST and are here to pick up your pass – tell them your name and, if requested, the name of the person who has invited you to come along.

ENJOY THE VIBE!! You are welcome to come along as much as you from Tuesday 30th August to Friday 2nd September as there is enough bar space and action to go around – just report to the Registration Desk daily to receive a new Day Guest Pass.
